2. Job Qualifications 2+ years of strategic management background One with ownership who fully understands the technology and business behind the company Experience in writing business plans

Preferred Qualifications Fluent in English, Japanese, or Chinese Work experience abroad or at a foreign IT company One who understands the fundamentals of programming for proficient communication with developers One who can make decisions and conduct hypothesis tests based on collected data Someone who is proactive and has the will to work hard in the fast-changing environment Someone who is proficient in problem-solving and self-management
