Establish regulations and company systems
Cope with labor issues
Additional work for General Affairs

2. Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of work experience
One who understands the fundamentals and regulations of Labor Standards Act
Experience in leading the human resource department
Experience as part or team leader

3. Preferred qualifications
One with excellent communication for seamless collaboration and interpersonal relationship
Proficient with documentation
Highly skilled computer user, including Microsoft excel
